Course Policy

Please read the following course policy and agree to accept and abide by them for the duration of your attendance:

  • According to the TDLR, you are required to provide information about your license, status, etc. Failure to do so may cause delays with your enrollment.
  • Upon successful completion of a course, each student will be given a certificate of attendance and a certificate of completion. To successfully complete a course and receive the certificate of completion, you must score an 85% or greater on the final exam, as well as be in attendance for the full credit/hours offered in the course.
  • Any student that registers, pays and participates in a course for ANY length of time, must receive a certificate of attendance for the exact amount of time in attendance, however this does NOT guarantee a certificate of completion will be awarded.
  •  If a student cannot complete a course for any reason, an attempt will be made to "make up" hours at the instructors discretion.
  • This CE course is taught "on demand" and as such the location, date and time are subject to change. Should class be canceled or rescheduled, any student who has registered and paid tuition will be notified no fewer than 48 hours prior to the start of class.
  • Students must be present each hour of class to receive each credit/hour. If a student takes excessive breaks, it is at the instructors' disrection to determine how much time was missed and document the amount of missed time. Students must makeup any time that is missed in order to receive the total credit/hours offered in each course.
  • To reiterate, you will ONLY receive a certificate of completion if the total number of classroom hours for each course are completed and you score an 85% or better on the final exam. No exceptions will  be made.
  • Students may pickup their certificates of completion and certificates of attendance following the dismissal of class by the instructor on the last day of class.
